Conditions for Returns or Exchange:

Gyans has a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:

1. You must send us an email to contact@gyans.com that you wish to return/exchange a product and the reason. You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
2. The products must be returned to Gyans within 10 (ten) days from date it is delivered to you.
3. Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. Gyans may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
4. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
5. Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
6. Any footwear sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused. Thus footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
7. Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
8. In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Statutory Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment.
   Whereas "Statutory Refund Criteria” means any one of the following cases –
1. If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account to initiate the process.
2. The product purchased by you does not conform to the characteristics or features listed upon the website or otherwise agreed to in writing; or
3. The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Gyans control or any other force majeure.
   In the event that the product to be returned does not satisfy Statutory Refund Criteria in clause above, but satisfies Store Refund Criteria, you may be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product in the form of store credit which will be credited to your Gyans Wallet.
4. Store Refund Criteria would be entirely upto the jurisdiction of Gyans Maestros (P) Ltd. In cases where, the return fails to satisfy the criteron for eligibility of refund/exchange but the client is dissatisfied. Please send us an email stating the reason for your dissatisfaction on contact@gyans.com and Gyans may still allow the refund/exchange in certain cases. However, even in those cases the following will not be included.

a)The product purchased by you is not included in the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products under this policy; or 

b)Products customized/altered to your requirements are not liable for refunds.

1. For any refunds initiated under this policy, you must ensure that -

1. The product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product;
2. Any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange; and
3. The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Gyans control or any other force majeure. 1. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Gyans reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
2. Gyans Wallet shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
3. Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged

Returns or Exchange Procedure:

1. The returns procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below mentioned steps:
   
   
1. If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account to initiate the process.
2. f you made the purchase from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of return only if the said product appears in your order history.
2. Alternatively, you can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by writing an e-mail to contact@gyans.com. Gyans will email a 'Returns/Exchange Request Form' for you to fill up and email back to Gyans.
3. If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Gyans customer, (for example as  gift), you will have to request the concerned Gyans customer to initiate the return process.
4. Upon receiving a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’, Gyans will generate a ticket number which will be shared with you. This ticket number must be used in all communication(s) with Gyans.
5. You can return the product by selecting any one of the below options in the 'Returns/Exchange Request Form'
1. Ship it back to Gyans by sending it to the address provided by us. You will be credited worth INR 100 (Rupees one hundred only) in your Gyans Wallet towards shipping costs. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Gyans in good condition and Gyans will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
2. For select pin codes within India, our delivery service can pick-up the product from you. This pick-up service is complimentary and Gyans shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
6. Gyans will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, Gyans will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (two) working days of receiving the product.
7. If Gyans accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be credited into your Gyans Wallet in 3 (three) working days of receiving the product. However, if Gyans rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.
