We Ship Worldwide

We are happy to deliver our products to customers across the globe. No matter where you live, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

After you place your order, we begin preparing it for shipment. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We take this time to carefully prepare, check and pack your items so they arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes 5–7 business days to reach you. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping service available in your area.

Sometimes, deliveries may take a little longer because of public holidays, bad weather, customs checks, natural disasters or other unexpected situations. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

When your order is shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check where your package is and follow its journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Duties & Taxes

Orders Within India

If your order is being delivered within India, all prices shown on our website already include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you need to pay. There are no extra tax charges.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are decided by the customs department of your country and may be different for every location.

If any customs duties or local taxes apply, they must be paid by the customer before the order can be released for delivery. Unfortunately, Gyans cannot pay or refund these charges.
